1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any mobile application ("App") developed by Lycian Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

Lycian Studio develops and publishes mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Our Apps provide various services and features as described in each App's respective store listing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Some of our Apps may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

If our Apps allow you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"), you:

• Retain ownership of your User Content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with our services
• Represent that you have the right to share such content
• Agree that we may remove User Content that violates these Terms

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier

Refund requests should be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play Store as applicable, in accordance with their respective refund policies.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF OUR APPS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYCIAN STUDIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR APPS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lycian Studio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Apps, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Apps will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lycian Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lycian Studio regarding your use of our Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
